To submit your event to our calendar, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Click here to open our Event Calendar Submission Form. Enter the password “willkommen” to unlock the page.

Step 2: Enter your event details. Please include an image (JPEGs or PNGs only), date, time, location and description about your event.

Step 3: Click the green “Check and Submit” button at the top of the page.

Step 4: Review your post to ensure all details are correct. When complete, click the green “Submit Event” button at the top of the page.

Your post will be sent automatically to us for review. Once we approve this, your event will be published on our Events calendar page. You will receive an email notification when your post is live.

Get featured on our Instagram feed

If you would like to promote your event on the @kulturinmelbourne Instagram feed, you can add us as a Collaborator to your Instagram post or reel. Follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Follow the usual steps to create a new post or reel.

Step 2: On the page where you can add your post details, tap on the “Tag people” option.

Step 3: Choose the “Invite collaborator” option. Search our username kulturinmelbourne to invite us.

 

Step 4: Tap on “Done” and add the rest of your post details.

Step 5: Tap on “Share” button.

We will receive a notification about your request to collaborate. Once we’ve reviewed and approved it, your post will be shared on our feed.
